At ALH Contracting we live by the phrase “Plan the build, build the plan.” From the beginning of the construction process we start creating a plan, schedule and budget. This allows us to highlight areas of potential concern in constructability and places where we can streamline the process to gain efficiencies. This translates to saved time and money. We believe the building process is one that requires just as much effort before ground is broken as it does once shovels are in the soil. Constant Communication
We will ensure alignment between the initial design and the actual construction of the design right from onset of the project. We are involved from the start to answer your questions and those from your architect. We are also here to address any concerns that you may have throughout the entire build. Our investment in your plans begins with your concept, continues through the development of construction drawings and continues to life on the job site – we are there every step of the way.
Contract
We can customize contract structures to fit the requirements of any project and the owners needs. This allows us to offer a customized construction solution for every need. This includes offering cost plus scenarios with total transparency, traditional lump sum offerings and construction management type contracts. Each of these can be tailored to suit the desire of each owner.
Scheduling
We utilize Primavera based critical path scheduling to ensure that projects are being planned, tracked and delivered on time. We believe that the ability to deliver solutions on time and on budget starts before the first day of construction.
